Bangs are the best places to start, I've found. Better than trucking through a load of back story or setup. That stuff can be woven in later. I'd much rather start at the point where things go FUBAR. :D
And I do love throwing them together against their will--antagonistic relationships are my favorite, and these two are just so much fun to make crazy. :D
