Header/tagging information post

Welcome, Spuffyites, to the twelfth round (egads) of seasonal_spuffy. Thanks to a few folks working hard in the off-season, we now have the fabulous Seasonal Spuffy tags page. Whether you want to read everything by our most prolific participant (that'd be pfeifferpack, with 111 posts), have a hankering for S2 Spuffy, or just need some new Spuffy icons, our tags page is here to enable you.

Thank you so much to gillo, rebcake, and abelina for making this easy browsing possible. You ladies rock.

And, now that things are all beautiful, we have some new header and tagging guidelines to help us keep it that way.

Headers
For the sanity for the masterlister (that'd be me) and the tag wranglers, please include the following info in the header at the top of your post:

• title
  
• author/creator
  
• era/season/setting (when posting fic)
  
• rating (when posting fic)
  
• genre (examples: amnesia, baby/kid/parent fic, crossover, holiday, post-apocalyptic, shanshu!Spike, time travel, vamped character, Wishverse)

Tagging
The comm has tags for the following categories:

• creator
  
• form
  
• era (for fic)
  
• rating
  
• genre (for fic if applicable - genres for which we have tags are: amnesia, baby/kid/parent fic, crossover, holiday, post-apocalyptic, shanshu!Spike, time travel, vamped character, Wishverse)

For example, say I want to tag my S7 Christmas fic, which is all UST but no sex, and also is a crossover with Supernatural. I'd tag it like so:

creator: snickfic, form: fic, rating: other, era: btvs s7, rating: other, genre: holiday, genre: crossover

Everyone who has signed up for this round already has an author tag created for them using their LJ username. If you have suggestions for other tags, feel free to PM me or drop a comment here.

All that said, if you're a little nervous about this tagging business, feel free to leave your post untagged, and abelina and I will come along and tag it later.
