Ok so yesterday I posted that comment and I was all excited to read this and then my life literally blew up so it didn't happen for like a million years. but then it did, and I'm commenting now. finally.
This? just... oh. this. you. III Buffy and Spike are just so real to me, like their thing with him not drinking from her every single time they have sex like I've read sometimes because, hello? ridiculous. and this is just the right amount of like, drama too. because obviously Angel's not happy with the way things turned out but is it really in his nature to throw a giant hissy fit? definitely not. and of course Buffy and Spike weren't going to just leap into each other's arms and everything is fine. a lot of shit went down. Spike completely deserved and needed her to show her love like that. in a non-overly-mushy Buffy way. i could completely see all of this happening and be totally satisfied with this.
anyway. I loved it. it totally met all my expectations for awesome. thank you for writing it =)
