And yes, you're quite right regarding Spike and Dru and the people they've killed. Future Buffy's got the benefit of hindsight and experience and, unfortunately, losing life in the line of duty, but young Buffy is going to have to make that kind of hard choice if she lets them just wander on out of town. At this point in her life, she doesn't have all the hard lessons that Future Buffy has, and she would definitely find it hard to do that. It's an excellent point, and I wish I had addressed it.
