Heh...yeah. I'm kind of uncomfortable with this fic, because it looked to me later on like Spike and Angel were just expositioning off each other. Is he a little over-optimistic? Probably, though I kind of looked at it as Angel wanting Spike to come down in Buffy's estimation, and putting Spike in a bind so that he'd have to do it.
