What a vivid, emotional story. The description of the alley fight and its aftermath painted a grim picture. Angel's glee at getting the shanshu and Spike's mild amusement at Angel's over use of "Poof" were juxtaposed by Connor's death. Dawn and Buffy in the cemetery talking wedding plans and dating was lovely. Buffy showing up at Spike's flat with chocolates was delightful, especially on the heels of Spike's recent reflection of his own battered box.
This reunion hit all the right emotional notes for me. Thanks for the happy ending.
