I like the way you used the poetry as link in this. I've occasionally thought that Byron is exactly the sort of thing that would have appealed to William!
I also like the way you ended this without completely resolving things. This could so easily tie into the real season 7; especially the Giles parts. That seemed very much accurate early season season 7 giles. Really liked his thoughts on Willow!
