Drabble: Bumblebee

Hello, it's my posting day today and I've got a few things, a few less than I'd hoped but that's deadlines for you. To kick us off a little drabble because it's still very early here.

I am, as always, indebted to the wonderful April for sorting out the grammer and punctuation. Even in 100 words I still needed her guidance



"Did you know it's aerodynamically impossible for a bumblebee to fly?"

"What's that?"

"Someone worked it out with math—weight versus wingspan and stuff. I saw it on Discovery one time; this guy worked it out and it's actually impossible for a bumblebee to fly."

"But it does."

"It does."

"Slayer. Have you gone completely cuckoo this time?"

"I worked it out, too."

"What now?"

"I added it up, did all the tricky math. Experience multiplied by calling minus soul plus destiny. It is emotionally impossible for me to love you."

"But you do."

"I do. It doesn't change anything."
