Very lovely piece. I really liked this line -Doesn’t immediately know Buffy’s there, not always- It makes me think that Buffy's taken the opportunity to study him when he's unawares at other times, and actually see's what lies beneath that denim and darkness.

And -Mom? There’s a naked vampire in my bed, and he’s reading Latin.

Sometimes I wish I was Buffy. This is one of those times :)
