Awesome start. You've written S4 Spike and Buffy so perfectly. Like I am watching an episode. I love the premise so far too - the town being put to sleep, Buffy and Spike having to form a truce to work together. Definitely curious to know the cause, but even more so why Spike was finally able to wake up Buffy.
