This is lovely. Buffy's struggle to reveal her emotions while still keeping her life secret is quite well done, and I liked how she told the therapist, "I'm going to say 'but' now." I think there should be a Week 13 where she comes back to the therapist half-pissed-off and half-overjoyed because she's just discovered a certain someone is alive...

Also, I'd love to see the therapist's reaction if she actually met Spike! Bet that would be funny. :)
