Question--I love that you picked out that exchange between Dawn and Spike. I was trying to work a bit of fanwank in there. I've never understood why Dawn would kick Buffy out of the house, and the explanation I've arrived at is that she was petrified Buffy would go and get herself killed and so this was her way of looking after her. Did that come across in this story, or was I too ambiguous?
