This was an action packed chapter. Spike and Buffy getting along is always fun, and bonding over crap television worked a treat. Empress is a wonderful original character, and I'm enjoying the clow reveal of her personality and powers. The necessary addition of wood to her diet as she matures cracked me up, and the disappearance of so many trinkets when Empress is left alone makes me wonder if she's a little sneak thief.

Spike and Buffy on the run is loaded with possibilities. Off to 6.
