He couldn’t help being what he was. *ummm* yes, he could ... has she not been paying attention?! love this idea, and at least by the end, she seems to be coming round to the realisation that what she's doing to him is wrong - him making one right decision for himself, has got to be better than the hundreds of petty ones she's forcing upon him ... and adore that both Tara and Dawn are on Spike's side, which gives me a bit of hope but who gave her the collar?? I'm torn between Whistler (trying to save Spike for his destiny) ... or Ethan, because it looks like it's definitely causing a bit of chaos in Buffy's life ...
