End of first round

Wow.

That pretty much sums up this entire experience. Everyone involved did a fantastic job. I've read some of the best fics in the fandom during this round, and the graphics and videos have all been spectacular. All the work has been amazing, and I want to thank everyone who contributed, whether by posting or commenting on an artist's work. This has been a great experience.

Now, it's time to start thinking about round 2! The Spring round will start on March 1st and last until May 8th. That's 69 days of Spuffy (mwaha. Yes, I'm twelve and must laugh at that.) If you take awhile to prepare your work, you may start thinking about them now. Sign-ups will begin on January 1st, and end on Valentine's day (aww).

The next round will feature something new - challenges. The challenge for the spring round will be fairy tales, and there's only one rule - no human a/u's. No "let me introduce you to who Buffy and Spike are in my alternate reality!" Not that I'm hating, I'm just saying... that's not what the challenge wants you to do (yes, the challenge speaks to me).

If you have any questions about this past round or future rounds, please comment here. Again, thank you all for making this such a success.

You did a marvelous job of putting this all together. I'm sure that's a credit to all the hard work and planning you did -- making it seem smooth and effortless to those of us who have enjoyed all the great graphics and touching stories.

Bonus: This is now a great archive that I can access for years. THANK YOU!

Hey Becks, thanks for creating this community. You brought together an amazing group of people and, my god, the fics! They were all incredible!

I am so hopelessly without wrting talent but I love to read everyone's work. Great job to everyone and not just to the writers but to the artists as well. What a wonderful community!

Thanks for everything you've accomplished. The artists - talking about all mediums here - have posted work of such a high standard that it has been my absolute pleasure to view them. And it all seems to have gone so smoothly - that means you planned it well and worked tres hard!

Looking forward to Spring - but it'll be hard to top the magnificent opening salvo. Thank you.

Thank you for great experience! You did a fantastic job of organizing it!

May I suggest something? When I recced new fics on my Russian board, I had to post several links for multi-chaptered fics. Could you use some archiving system that would give a link to all the chapters in the future?

Thank you so much for doing this. I truly enjoyed all of the fics and graphics. I can't wait til Spring now to start again. Hopefully with efforts of dedicated Spike and Spuffy lovers we will never run out of fantastic stories to tell.

Just out of curiousity though...the stories that are still ongoing or not finished yet...will there be a way to get to see the final chapters???? I am just loving all of them and I want to see how they end....

Hopefully they will still have links posted so we can read the next chapters....

I'm really sorry for bothering you with such little details - but I think that the stuff that has been posted on Seasonal Spuffy will be interesting to people who will join the fandom in the future. So it would be easier to direct them to fics which have one main link.

I usually save the texts in txt format and save the link to be able to direct people to the fic. So if it possible to make something about it in the next round - it would be great. If not - the stuff is good enough to save multiple links.

I want to express again my admiration and gratitude for creating such a fantastic community!
