Okay, I love the S/B stuff best of course, but I can so hear Willow saying this in just that tone of voice that I had to pick it out as one of my favorite lines in the story.

I love your Spike and Buffy, who are, as someone else said, so gunshy and yet who want so much to attempt to have something lasting together. And hey, don't be dissing your own command of the language. This is beautifully written.
