I have to say, you write the best comments. They are epic. It's so neat to have particular bits pointed out. They're meant to contribute to the overall effect, but sometimes it's nice to know that someone appreciates them for themselves, you know?
Andrew isn’t normally someone I would get upset over, but this reason makes me mourn him. I can see this happening, and I think Anya would be touched.
Yes. This has made it into my personal canon; if Andrew dies valiantly in battle, he'll do it thinking of Anya. He, hero worshiper, is never going to forget the heroic sacrifice she made right in front of his eyes.
I like your handling of Spike's heartbreak for Angel, the way he can't share it with Buffy or even think about it coherently himself.
Yay! I'm not sure of my opinions about all the ins and outs of their 120-year relationship, but clearly there was a lot to it. And since Spike couldn't articulate his feelings, I didn't have to, either. *g*
I had an idea you'd enjoy the Spike&Xander. I thought of you while I was writing it.
I'm so glad you liked the ending. I worried that it was too abrupt, that I hadn't set it up sufficiently, but I still really like the basic idea of it, that Buffy doesn't have the energy to hedge anymore and so she just asks him.
oh my, I am so excited to read their mind-blowing, mpreg-producing first lovemaking scene (but no pressure).
Okay, now, we understand that Snick has written no porn? And that she will probably not be writing porn now? *g* The parts of that fic that I really care about are all the feints and flinches and talking-through that happens beforehand. It's almost a shame that the sex itself turns out to be so huge with such long-term mystical consequences, because the concerns that lead up to it are so small and human. Oh well. That's the corner I've written myself into; we must sally forth.
Thank you, thank you for your lovely and detailed comment. I always love hearing from you. :)
