 That was quite a birthday party we threw School Hard! Thank you, everyone, for being so creative, generous, and what Spike calls resourceful. <3 I doubt anyone dared to hope for such an intense and varied weekend. Also thanks for trusting me to stand in for rebcake during this mini-event. Your regular Rebcake will be returned soon. :)

So how was it for you? Apart from sudden? We tried some new things this mini-round, like holding the event on three sites at once. If you have any thoughts about which changes should live on in the main rounds or what we should never ever try again ever - or anything -, we'd be glad to hear 'em!

If you haven't read and seen all the lovely posts yet, no worries. They're not going anywhere. BUT, if you don't have a Livejournal account, you might want to check out the Livejournal-only posts today (Monday). After that, we're planning to disable anonymous comments on LJ as usual, because we are wary of spam. 

The main round will take place in November, as mentioned -- more on that soon! :)

In the meantime, if you'd like to just keep riding one big wave of Spuffy content till we meet again, consider heading over to Elysian Fields. There, authors have planned to post more than 40 new Spuffy stories throughout October! Holy cow. See here for details (scroll down to "How do I find...").
